Technology & Combat Characteristics
The F90II-L Gundam F90II Long Range Type is the F90II Gundam F90II equipped with the L-Type Mission Pack which was designed for extreme long distance sniping. Its main feature is a long rifle that can switch between firing beams and physical ammunitions. Additionally, the physical ammunition is capable of changing direction mid-flight, but because it is not a homing weapon, coordinates must be entered into the computer before shooting. Spare ammunition clips are attached to the waist hardpoints, while spare E-Caps are mounted on the left and right leg hardpoints.
History
In U.C. 0123, the F90 L-Type was piloted by Nana Tachibana during Earth Federation Forces' siege of Crossbone Vanguard's Iluyanka fortress. During the battle, the L-Type supported advancing Earth Federation mobile suits before it was destroyed by Stein Bunyil's XM-05 Berga Giros.
