Technology & Combat Characteristics

A "what if" unit of the Engage Gundam retrofit plan which combines multiple past retrofit plans had the Engage Gundam been produced and operated. The concept is heavy armor and bombardment.

In order to compensate for the reduced mobility, because of the weight increase due to the additional armor that covers the whole body and the large beam cannon equipment, the thrusters have been increased and the verniers on the backpack have been enlarged. The extra armor is equipped with missile pods in the chest, shoulders and back, and a high mega cannon on the abdomen, it possesses top-class firepower even within the Full Armor Plan.

History

As the RX-78GP00 Gundam "Blossom" was selected as the winner of the trials for Gundam Development Project, the RX-78GPZ01 Engage Gundam was never constructed and it, and its variants like the Full Armor Engage Gundam A Plan, only existed on paper.
