Technology & Combat Characteristics
The G-M1F Bandit was excavated from a Mountain Cycle on the Moon. It features a unique cockpit similar to the Mobile Trace System, in which the pilot operates the machine while standing. It is an ultra–high-performance mobile suit that cannot be manufactured with the Moonrace’s current technology.
The Bandit was originally a mobile suit operated by a police organization, designed to disable enemy units without injuring or killing their pilots.
Units discovered in partial or incomplete condition were also excavated from the Moon’s Mountain Cycle, and these may have been machines that remained on the production line when frozen storage was imposed. Even without optional equipment, the Bandit demonstrates high combat capability and is able to perform advanced maneuvering in atmospheric conditions. It also excels in independent atmospheric flight and possesses exceptional adaptability to diverse combat conditions. Its propulsion system appears to be of a type that does not rely on visible nozzles.
History
The Bandits were sealed away after the use of nanomachines was prohibited. Several units were uncovered from the lunar Mountain Cycle in 2345 C.C. One of these units would be piloted by Merrybell Gadget, while others were controlled via unmanned methods.
