Technology & Combat Characteristics
A heavily armed variant of the GNW-20000 Arche Gundam, the Jagd Arche Gundam was designed for fighting a large enemy force by itself. Some of the Jagd Arche's equipment were derived from those used by the GNW-001 ~ 003 Gundam Throne, and they have proven to be effective in actual combat. The Jagd Arche's basic strategy is to first isolate and disrupt the enemy force using its GN Stealth Field, then launched pre-emptive, long-range bombardment with the GN Launcher, and finally destroy each of the confused, scattered enemy units in close combat using a pair of GN Buster Swords. As for the GN Stealth Field, its generators are built into the new side-mounted GN Containers, which also stored 12 GN Fangs that could be replaced by GN Missiles. The Jagd Arche also has additional front and rear waist armor, and besides enhancing the mobile suit's defensive power, these armor have integrated large GN Condensers to cope with the increased GN Particles consumption caused by the added equipment. The main weakness of the heavily armed Jagd Arche is the reduction in mobility due to its increased weight, thus it was only used for fighting large enemy force, and not against a small elite unit, such as the Celestial Being's Gundams.
History
Deborah Galiena and her customized GNX-604T Advanced GN-X participated in a Earth Sphere Federation Forces' assault against a local branch of the anti-government organization Katharon. However, with the Katharon's mobile suits hiding in the city's residential area, the Federation Forces' mobile suits had difficulties launching effective attacks. Suddenly, the Jagd Arche Gundam appeared on the battlefield. With a single glance, Deborah knew this mobile suit is a Gundam Throne series machine.
The Jagd Arche fired its GN Launcher, lighting the city ablaze and flushing out all the Katharon's mobile suits. The Jagd Arche then deployed its GN Fangs, but these remote weapons not only attacked the Katharon's mobile suits, they also went after the Federation Forces' mobile suits as well. The battlefield immediately fell into chaos, and the Jagd Arche began to destroy the confused mobile suits with its two GN Buster Swords, one in each hand. As Deborah watched the unbridled Jagd Arche cleaved apart mobile suit after mobile suit, she could not help but feel that its pilot was laughing wildly in the cockpit.
To stay alive in this chaotic battle, Deborah and her Advanced GN-X fought with all they got. Deborah was so engrossed in the fighting that she failed to notice the alarm indicating that her Advanced GN-X's GN Drive Tau was near its operating limit had sounded. Her mobile suit soon ran out of energy and fell out of the sky. Deborah thought death had come for her, but she survived the battle as the Jagd Arche simply left once the battlefield was devoid of any functioning mobile suits. This caused Deborah to lament that her survival was due to luck and not her abilities.
