A mysterious mobile fighter that appeared in Neo Dodo (a nation in the waters around Australia) during the 13th Gundam Fight. It closely resembles something Neo-Australia would roll out, a kangaroo wearing boxing gloves. Both the machine and its pilot, Kang-chan, were developed by Dr. Jonathan of Neo Dodo, with Kang-chan's mission being to reclaiming the island the good doctor loved so much.

True to the name, the Jumping Gundam's stock in trade are a set of incredibly powerful high-mobility thrusters built into its thighs and back, allowing it to jump great distances in both height and length. For offense, it comes equipped with the expected pair of head-mounted Vulcan guns. As Kang-chan is a boxing kangaroo, the Jumping Gundam follows suit, and comes complete with a special move, the Invisible Uppercut. However, it turns out the uppercut is quite visible: the gimmick is that the Jumping Gundam has a smaller 'baby kangaroo'-styled Mobile Fighter stored in its pouch, piloted by Kang-chan's loyal joey, which deploys and delivers the eponymous uppercut as a surprise attack from below.
