Technology & Combat Characteristics
A streamlined version of the GUZ-PT/0000002 Gundam Latreia for mass-production, their most distinct changes are a different style of head and pared down armor, a plainer color scheme, and a simplified weapons loadout. It is obvious to observers that they are unmanned just from the way that they move. Referred to as "Letreia Clones" by Code; Maxwells and "mass-production Latreias" by Hermes Mercury, who feels that they are lacking as slaves. Despite their disappointing combat results, just their breaking into missions causes other data that canonically should be in that mission to be redistributed elsewhere in the G: Universe, causing further breaks. They are nick-named by Juno Astarte.
History
Mysters sometimes appear during Break Missions, providing support for the Gundam Latreia. They first appeared in Directory 3, where five of them break in to interfere with the Gatheroad Squad during a mission to stop the Hashmal in the outskirts of the Chryse Autonomous Region. Sakura Slash recognizes the format of their data as being similar to the Latreia, while Juno Astarte thinks their file number sounds similar to Sakura's before she was given a name.
Mysters would continue to be a nuisance in Break Missions, though it would begin to become clear that Hermes Mercury was ultimately not the one controlling them, and on some occasions they would even treat Hermes as their enemy when his personality data was not being controlled by the system admin. The system admin, Code; Maxwells, could create potentially infinite Mysters, would would continue to make copies of them during the final confrontation against the crew of the Illium Stable with the GUX-CM/9999998 Gundam Theostrias as the final phase of the "Theos Program."
