A test-bed unit for collecting data in space, the Javelin Prototype used the body of the RGM-119 Jamesgun with experimental parts of RGM-122 Javelin. At first, the number '122' wasn't on on the right shoulder of the unit. It was only after the numbered designation of the RGM-122 Javelin Prototype was approved that it was painted.
History
The RGM-122 Javelin Prototype was developed by Anaheim Electronics as a testbed to test various equipment to be used by the final version RGM-122 Javelin, which was being built for the Earth Federation Forces to serve as one of their mainstream suits.
