The GM Ground Type (Stealth) is a [[RGM-79［G］ GM Ground Type|RGM-79 [G] GM Ground Type]] that has the chest retrofitted in order to obtain feedback so that the part could later be implemented in the RX-79BD-1ST Blue Destiny Unit 1 (Stealth). It was first deployed as a stealth mobile suit, but other equipment focused on cooperation was still under development.
