The Draken-E was a middle mobile suit used by the Riah Forces of Side 6, its size was roughly 1/3 that of a full-sized mobile suit. It was originally a civilian worker machine, and by default, featured a pair of manipulator arms capable of performing relatively precise tasks. Units with power loader arms also existed.

The Draken-E featured no fixed armaments, and was commonly used for riot suppression and maintaining public order. The model number "RH-35" stood for the fact that it belonged to the 35th Banchi of Riah, the Ribo colony. Units of the same type were used by both the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon for construction works and dock loading.

History

On December 19, U.C. 0079, multiple Draken-E were mobilized in an attempt to stop the MS-18E Kämpfer, which was rampaging through the streets of the Ribo colony. However, they were completely outmatched and easily destroyed.

Worker machines of the same type as the Draken-E were used by the Zeon forces stationed in Granada. One unit was used to assemble the nuclear missile that would be used to destroy the Ribo colony on Colonel Killing's order. Another unit, apparently adapted for space-use, was seen loading the missile onto the Tivvay-class cruiser Graf Zepplin.
